My 2009 Goals and Resolutions
I am about to give you a look into my thought process. I wanted to create a nice polished post on my goals and resolutions for 2009. However, I have decided against it. I am going to create this post as the ideas and thoughts come to me. At first it will be some general goals that I have thought of. Over time this post will evolve into the steps I break each goal into and how successful I am at each of my goals. Keep an eye on this post throughout the year. I’m hoping we can both learn something from the process.
Initial Goals…
Financial
- Do not use credit cards for anything I can’t pay off in full by the end of the month
- Use YNAB Pro to create a budget that allows me to build my savings and finish paying off my debt
- Make 20% of my Full time employment income through my own side businesses
Health
- Increase my cooking skills. Learn how to make healthy meals that taste good.
- Complete a 3 month consistent 3 to 4 times a week exercise program to start the year
- Update 1/4/2009
- My 3 Month exercise program will start off with 3 key Areas
- The Two Hundred Sit ups Challenge
- The One Hundred Push ups Challenge
- Build up to 20 minutes of constant cardio
- My 3 Month exercise program will start off with 3 key Areas
- Update 1/4/2009
- Drink more water and less diet soda
Personal
- Reconnect with at least one friend each month that I have lost contact with
- Get organized. Stop being a pack rat and keeping old crap!
- Continue to share lessons that have helped me with others
- Build up 100 of my readers to making their first $100 online.
