Do 100 Pushups in 6 Weeks
Most of you probably reached this page from my 2009 Goals post. This is another step of my fitness goals for the new year. If you are a long time follower of my blog this may look familiar to you. I tried to complete the 100 pushup challenge previously but was stopped short by a shoulder injury. Well, it’s a new year and time for round 2!

You can do it! It took me two times, but I made it to the hundred. And I just started the 200 situps. my abs already hurt. We can do it!

Thanks Ben! Congrats on hitting the hundred and good luck with the 200 sit ups. I have done my initial test and will be doing workout 1 tonight for the sit ups. I will be doing my initial test for the pushups sometime this week.
